Service detailsThe substrate is part of the scope
Removal is not finished when the room looks empty.
Adhesive, thinset, wood fibers, backing, staples, fasteners, and high spots can prevent the replacement floor from starting. We ask what is going down next and define the surface-preparation target before work.
Major repairs, moisture mitigation, and leveling are separate decisions. When those conditions appear, we document them and coordinate the next step instead of hiding them under an unclear “ready” claim.
