Jake Saliani is the owner and founder of Carolina Floor Demolition, a North Carolina–based company specializing in precision interior floor removal. With over a decade of hands-on experience in construction and restoration, Jake built the company to solve a problem he saw repeatedly: flooring removal being rushed, messy, and treated as an afterthought.
He also has founded and owned Carolina Water Damage Restoration for over 10 years. Coming from a background in water damage restoration and specialty trade work, Jake understands how flooring demolition affects every phase that follows—from subfloor preparation to installation timelines. That experience drives the company’s focus on clean removal, proper equipment, dust control, and clear communication.
Jake is actively involved in project planning and oversight, ensuring each job is approached with the right tools, expectations, and level of care. His goal is simple: deliver professional demolition work that contractors trust and homeowners feel comfortable with. He is passionate about the industry and has patents pending on custom fabricated machinery to set the bar in the industry. He is a life long North Carolina resident and was born and raised in Raleigh, NC.
Landon, Lead Technician
Landon is a lead field technician with over five years of hands-on experience in mitigation and specialty trade work. Known for his reliability and strong customer communication, Landon is often trusted to manage jobs independently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and professionalism.
His experience in occupied homes and active job sites makes him a steady presence in the field, ensuring projects move efficiently while respecting the property and expectations of clients. Landon plays a key role in executing demolition and prep work safely, cleanly, and according to plan.
Fabian, Technician
Fabian is a skilled technician with broad experience in demolition, carpentry, and painting. He brings strong technical ability to the field and is especially effective in fast-paced environments that require problem-solving and adaptability.
With a customer-first mindset and a solid understanding of jobsite procedures, Fabian supports efficient project execution and helps ensure work is completed thoroughly and correctly. His attention to detail and field knowledge contribute to smooth project flow from start to finish.
Chase, Estimator
Chase focuses on sales and estimating for Carolina Floor Demolition, working directly with homeowners, contractors, and property managers to assess project scope and provide clear, accurate estimates.
He handles site evaluations, measurements, and pricing to ensure each project is quoted properly and aligned with the work required. Chase is known for his straightforward communication and attention to detail, helping clients understand the process and set realistic expectations before work begins.
